Pam Leone
ballet instructor

Pam was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. She danced under the direction of Roberta Humphrey and Rowena DiBenedetto at Dance for Joy. Pam’s training was focused in classical ballet and jazz. She took advantage of the resources New York City had to offer and often attended open classes at American Ballet Theater (ABT) and Steps on Broadway. Pam attended ballet summer intensives at the Briansky Ballet and Vermont Chamber Ballet.

After high school, Pam attended The University of Akron in Ohio and started teaching ballet classes in Norton, OH. While dancing at Akron, Pam had the privilege of studying under former professional dancers who performed with the Pennsylvania Ballet, Ohio Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet and Martha Graham Dance Company.

In 2003, Pam earned her Pilates Certification from Body Technic Systems in Cleveland, OH. Completing her studies that year, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a focus in Dance Education and a minor in Business Administration.

Upon graduating, she married Tim and they started their life together as a Military Family. This gave Pam the opportunity to teach ballet and jazz to all ages in many dance studios; she has taught in Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, Washington, and New York. Upon starting a family, Pam shifted her focus to raising her children and being a Mom. Pam and Tim have seven children and reside in Moore County. Pam is excited to be back in the studio and to join Katie in providing a quality dance education to the community.
